Mushrooms and small artichokes, preserved in EVO oil

"Cantino” cultivar artichokes, which is the last sprout of the plant in May is raw hand-processed and preserved in virgin EV olive oil, resulting in a crispy and crunchy texture. The region of origin is Campania, from the surrounding of Salerno, very close to Costiera Amalfitana. The artichokes are also unique for their small size: a single jar can contain up to 500 "pin-size” artichoke heads.

The porcini mushrooms (Red Head species) comes from the mountain of the Sila, in Calabria region, South Italy. They are in Extra Virgin olive oil and come in various sizes, to fill one single jar with the "piccolissimo” size it takes more than 70 porcinis.
